SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. S1-9166/12/AVC. 18th December 2012.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for providing rexin cover to the mattress of beds of Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2012-13. Estimate Cost is (cid:31) 1,25,000.

Tenders should be superscribed "rexin cover to the mattress of beds" addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 15-1-2013. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 15-1-2013 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

(cid:31) 210 (cost of a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 15-1-2013. Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of by Money Order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at tender form

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of (cid:31) 1,250 as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in

The rate quoted shallfavour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth remain firm for acceptance till one year from the date of acceptance. T h e Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have power to postpone/cancel the tender. Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of tender form (cid:31) 400 + VAT (cid:31) 420 (cost of (cid:31) 20) which is the price fixed for തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ മെത്തകൾക്ക് റെക്സിൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കവർ ഇടുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 15-1-2013 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവു ന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാ സുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപന 15-1-2013 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യ 1,250 തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് തുകയായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും 100-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെൻഡറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
