In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 Thiruvananthapuram, 26th December 2012.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 t h e G o v e r n m e n t o f K e r a l a h e r e b y a p p o i n t Smt. V. Krishna Veni, Advocate, "Chelattu", Decent Junction P. O., Kollam-691 577 as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 26-12-2012 in the area comprising Kollam Taluk in the Revenue District of Kollam the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Judy D'silva, Advocate, Valiyakattath House, Ripon P. O., Meppadi, Wayanad-673 577 as Notary for a further period of 5 years with effect from 12-8-2012 in the area comprising Vythiri Taluk in the Revenue District of Wayanad and the area of practice is further extended to the entire Revenue District of Wayanad with effect from 26-12-2012 up to 11-8-2017 with Register No. 3/1999/WYD.
