TENDER NOTICE
No. M1-22453/2012. 26th December 2012.
Sealed tenders are invited for the Installation of Fixed Dom Bio Gas Plant having a capacity of 5M3 in Sub Jail, Mattanchery.
PAC—` 80,000.
The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent, Sub Jail, Mattanchery.
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% EMD will be at 3 p. m. on 22-1-2013 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day, in the presence of such Tenderers/their authorised representatives, who may be present at that time.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2013.
Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed below:
Original—` 400 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate— ` 200 + 4% VAT.
The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p. m. on 21-1-2013.
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted, towards the cost of the tender form. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P.
All the night soil pits in the jail should be connected to the Bio-gas Plant. Further details regarding the site etc. are available from the Office of the Superintendent, Sub Jail, Mattanchery during Office hours.
22ND JAN. 2012] JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT 14ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 21-1-2013-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കു ന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു ശതമാനം EMD സഹിതം സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 22-1-2013 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടേയോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും.
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.
കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ജയിലിലെ മുഴുവൻ സെപ്റ്റിക് ടാങ്കുകളും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ഠ ബയോഗ്യാസ് πാന്റുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സൈറ്റിനെ പറ്റിയും മറ്റുമുള്ള വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ മട്ടാഞ്ചേരി സബ് ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് ടെ≠ർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2013 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു≠ായി രിക്കണം. മട്ടാഞ്ചേരി സബ് ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
