SHORT TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
No. S1/7640/12/AVC. 2nd January 2013.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the p.m. on 18-1-2013 in the presence of such of the tenderers construction of Bio-gas Plant (Fixed Doom Type, or their authorized representatives who may be present at capacity-150m³) in the Govt. Ayurveda College Hospital, that time.
Thiruvananthapuram and Panchakarma Hospital,
Intending tenderers may on application to the Poojappura for the year 2012-2013.
Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to Tenders should be superscribed "Construction of obtain tender forms on which tenders should be Bio-gas Plant in Govt. Ayurveda College Hospital" submitted. Application for the tender form should be addressed to the Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, accompanied by cash remittance of ` 1,050 (cost of tender മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1% (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 18-1-2013. തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards

ആശുപത്രിയിലും പൂജപ്പുര പഞ്ചകർമ്മ ആശുപത്രിയിലും താഴെ
പറയുന്ന അളവിൽ ബയോ ഗ്യാസ് πാന്റ ് (Fixed Doom type,
Capacity—150m³) നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും
മുദവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ
മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത്
18-1-2013 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ
നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണ
വശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത
താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില്പന 18-1-2013 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക്
1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം
ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50
കൂടുതൽ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു.
ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ
ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ച് നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു വർഷം
വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിനുള്ളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത
താകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ` 1,050 ആണ്.
