AUCTION NOTICE
No. J-11275/2012. 6th December 2012.
The District Collector, Ernakulam as per the Order No.
L8-74708/12 dated 6-12-2012 has authorized
Sub Collector, Fort Kochi to sell the 100 years old fallen
mango tree, which is situated in the Parade Ground in
Survey No. 126 of Fort Kochi Village in Kochi Taluk of
Ernakulam District in public auction. Hence the above said
fallen mango tree will be sold in public auction at the
above mentioned site at Parade Ground of Fort Kochi
Village at 11 a. m. on 21-3-2013 by the Sub Collector, Fort
Kochi on any officer authorized by the Sub Collector.
Those who are interested to participate in the public
auction should remit E.M.D. of (cid:31) 1,000 in cash before the
commencement of auction.
ii 3. വന വികസന നികുതി = മേൽ 1 + 2 തുകയുടെ 5%. The highest bidder should remit the following amount in cash immediately after the auction. 4. ആദായ നികുതി = മേൽ 1+2 ആകെ തുകയുടെ1.35%.

അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ പരസ്യമായി ലേലം
ചെയ്തുവില്ക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനുഗ്രഹി
ക്കുന്നയാൾ ലേല നടപടികളാരംഭിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പായി 1,000

(ആയിരം രൂപ) നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവെക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏറ്റവും
കൂടുതൽ തുക വിളിക്കുന്നയാളുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം
താല്ക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ
അപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ ലേല സംഖ്യയും താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിയമ
പ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതികളും അടവുവരുത്തേ≠താണ്.
