In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read Thiruvananthapuram, 11th January 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Smt. V. K. Pathumma, Advocate, Dahlia House, Near Malayala Manorama, Moonampadi P. O., Malappuram- 676 505 as Notary for a further period of five years with with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri P. Imbichikoya, Advocate, Ponnu's Villa, Golf Link Road, P. O. Malaparamba, Calicut-673 009 as Notary for a further period of 5 years with effect from 9-1-2013 the area comprising in the Revenue District of Kozhikode with Register No. 45/97/KKD.

By order of the Governor,effect from 22-1-2013 the area comprising in the Revenue Districts of Malappuram with Register No. 10/97/MPM.
