TENDER NOTICE

No. Trg2-1819/2012. 28th January 2013.

Sealed tenders are invited till 3 p. m. on 25-2-2013 from approved contractors for the following work to be under taken in the Forestry Training Complex (Rajiv Gandhi Nagar), PTP Nagar by the office of the Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (IHRD) for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of the bidders present on that date. The tenders can be sent by post also well in advance so as to reach this office in time.

Name of work with Approx. Estimated Amount—

Renovation of Forestry Training Centre, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, PTP Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Flooring with tiles in main hall, reception room, seminar hall and class room —` 4,20,000.

EMD—` 10,500.

Qualifications of Contractor—Three years experience in Government or Quasi Government Firm.

Period before which work is to be completed—30 days from the date of execution of agreement.

Complete details and other necessary documents can be obtained from the office of the Addl. Principal Cheif Conservator of Forests (IHRD) on any of the working days till 1 p. m. of the last date for receipt of tender. Tender forms can be obtained by remitting cash including sales tax with necessary application. The cost of tender form will not be returned. The terms and conditions for tender works as applicable to the Kerala Public Works Department will be applicable to this work also. Tender forms are not transferable. Provision of the G. O. (P) 84/97/P&T dated 19-8-1997 related to PWD tenders will be applicable here also. The Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted only as Demand Draft from a Nationalized or a Scheduled Bank. The Earnest Money Deposit has to be pledged in the name of Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (IHRD), Thiruvananthapuram19th FEB. 2013] FOREST DEPARTMENT 140 and the name of work must be entered on it. A preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 in prescribed form should also be submitted along with the tender. The tenders without the preliminary agreement will not be entertained. The successful tenderer is liable to remit all the taxes as per rules. If the tender date becomes a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day.

The Government will be at liberty not to undertake any work after issue of tender notification.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരും ഉദ്ദേശ അടങ്കൽ തുകയും— തിരുവനന്തപുരം പി.റ്റി.പി. നഗറിൽ ഫോറസ്ട്രി ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോംπക്സിലെ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സെന്ററിലെ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് ഹാൾ, റിസപ്ഷൻ റൂം, സെമിനാർ ഹാൾ, ക്ലാസ്സ് റൂം എന്നിവ ടൈൽസ് പാകുന്നതിന്—` 4,20,000.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—` 10,500. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില—` 400 + വാറ്റ്. യോഗ്യതകൾ—സർക്കാർ-അർദ്ധ സർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയം.

കാലാവധി—എഗ്രിമെൻറ് വച്ച തീയതി മുതൽ 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും അഡീഷണൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ചീഫ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ (എെ.എച്ച്.ആർ.ഡി.)-ടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയടക്കം രൊക്കം പണമായി അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേ ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്ര ത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്തവ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പാലിക്കാത്തതും നേരിട്ട് സമർപ്പി ക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദേശസാത്കൃത/ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് ബാങ്കിലെ ഡി.ഡി. ആയി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം പൊതു അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

19-8-1997-ലെ കേരള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ.(പി) 84/97/പി & റ്റി വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

Separate sealed competitive tenders superscribing the name of the work is invited by the Divisional Forest Officer, Ranni for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered eligible contractors for the following work.

Name of work with approximate PAC—Construction of Toilet Block and Compound Wall at Chittar Forest Station in Vadasserikkara Range under Ranni Forest Division—` 5,78,000.

E.M.D.—` 14,500.

Cost of tender form—` 1,200 + VAT @ 4%.

Last date and time for receipt of tender—22-2-2013 at 3 p. m.

Period of work (Months)—One month from the date of handing over the Site.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application in writing and on payment of the cost of tender form and taxes in cash (not refundable) upto 1 p. m. on 22-2-2013. The filled up tenders will be received in this office up to 3 p.m. on 22-2-2013 and opened by the undersigned or an officer authorised by him on the same day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of Divisional Forest Officer, Ranni in the presence of the contractors attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest Money Deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the tenders by Demand Draft (Cheque will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalised Bank/Scheduled Bank. Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala P.W.D. and Forest Department are applicable to this tender also. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 will be summarily rejected. If there is no response to any of the works included in this notification, the same will be again tendered on 26-2-2013/28-2-2013 as per the same conditions mentioned above, at the same time and venue.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the undersigned on behalf of Governor of Kerala in the prescribed form from eligible contractors registered with Kerala PWD for following civil works in Peruvannamuzhy Range during 2012-13. The tender is fixed to be conducted on 22-2-2013. The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p.m. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The tender documents should be properly filled up and should be submitted on or before 2.30 p.m. on 22-2-2013. It should be accompanied by all necessary documents, along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of bankers DD, or Fixed Deposit or National Saving Certificate or any approved Certificate drawn in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode, payable at Kozhikode. The intending tenderers should furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 along with tender for the work.

Name of Work–Construction of Campshed at Chenkottakolly in Pannikkottur Section of Peruvannamuzhy Range during 2012-13.

Proposed Estimate Cost—` 4,00,000.

Incomplete tenders, or tenders without necessary documents or tenders not in accordance with tender conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened and scrutinized at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are present at the time by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer authorized by him. The Divisional Forest Officer reserves19th FEB. 2013] FOREST DEPARTMENT 147 the right to reject any tender either partly or in full, without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender date happens to be a holiday, or the tender could not be conducted on the notified date, due to any other reasons, the tender will be conducted at the same place and time on the next working day, as per the same conditions as detailed below.

If the tender could not be conducted on the said date/dates, tender for this work will be conducted at the above place and time with same conditions on 25-2-2013. If tender could not be conducted even on this date necessary tender will be conducted on the following dates with same condition 28-2-2013 or else 4-3-2013.

Cost of tender forms in respect of works with PAC from ` 5,000 to ` 50,000 shall be ` 300+VAT and in respect of works with PAC of ` 50,001 to 10 lakhs shall be ` 0.20%+VAT of the cost of the work rounded to the nearest multiple of 100 subject to a minimum of ` 400+VAT and maximum of ` 1,500+VAT. All existing rules, regulations, directions etc. prescribed by Kerala PWD and Forest Department in respect of civil works shall be applicable for this tender also.

മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ തീയതിയിൽ ടെ≠ർ നടക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ അതനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തികൾ 25-2-2013-നും അന്നും നടക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ 28-2-2013, 4-3-2013 എന്നീ തീയതികളിൽ ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ഇതേ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കനുസരിച്ചും ടെ≠ർ നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നതിനായിരിക്കും.
