Sub:—Rule Committee constituted under section 123 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908—extension of tenure—reg.
Ref:—High Court notifications of even number dated 1-2-2011, 1-4-2011, 27-6-2012 and 3-11-2012.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the High Court of Kerala hereby extends the term of the Rule Committee consisting of the following, which was constituted as per the notifications cited, for a further period of two years from 20-1-2013.

Ref:—Notification No. D7-28651/2006 dated, 29-9-2011 of the Hon. High Court of Kerala.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 3 of 1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur hereby defines the areas shown in Column II of the schedule to be the local areas within which the persons mentioned in Col. No. 1 of the schedule hereunder may exercise all or any of the powers which may be invested under the code, for the period from 1-2-2013 to 28-2-2013.
