Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above. And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Thiruvalla it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

പേരും മേൽവിലാസവും ബന്ധം വയസ് ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി അവകാശം തെളിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
