SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. E1/57702/12/TC. 16th January 2013.
Sealed tenders are invited for the repair and shifting of Videowall to new Police Control Room, Thiruvananthapuram City under the control of District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram City so as to reach this office on or before 12 Noon on 27-2-2013. The tenders should be superscribed with the name of work ie. "Repair & shifting of video wall to new Police Control Room, Thiruvananthapuram City" addressed to District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram City. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 27-2-2013 at 3 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may present at that time.
Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram City at least 7 days before the closing of the sales of tender documents enabling us to send the documents well in advance. The tender forms shall be obtainable from this office during the working hours of this office.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should be furnished along with the tender. EMD deposit / Govt. Promissory Note / Bank Guarantee or National Savings Certificates drawn in favour of District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram City. The tenders without EMD will be cancelled.

The lowest quoted bidder should start the work immediately on receipt of work order from this office. The details of warranty should be specified in the tenders. The District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram City is empowered to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
ലേലപ്പരസ്യം ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ലേല തുകയുടെ പകുതി തുക ടിയാൻ അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അടയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.നമ്പർ ജി2(എ)32804/2010/ഇസി. 2013 ജനുവരി 25.
ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുമ്പോൾ ബാക്കി തുകയും മുഴുവൻ തുകയുടെ നികുതികളുമടച്ച് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ടി കെട്ടിടം പൊളിച്ച് നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ ടിയാന്റെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽകൂട്ടുന്നതും പുനർലേലം നടത്തി ആയതിലു≠ായേക്കാവുന്ന നഷ്ടം മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക കിട്ടിയാൽ ആയതിനു ടിയാനു അർഹത ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതുമല്ല. ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ആളുടേതൊഴികെയുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം ഉറപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ലേലം മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം സിറ്റി പോലീസ് കമ്മീഷണറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണി വരെ എറണാകുളം ടൗൺ നോർത്ത് പോലീസ് സർക്കിൾ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറുടെ അനുമതിയോടെ ലേല വസ്തു കാണാവുന്നതാണ്.
കൊച്ചി സിറ്റി പോലീസ് കമ്മീഷണറുടെ അധീനതയിലുള്ളതും കൊച്ചി കോർപ്പറേഷൻ പരിധിയിൽപെടുന്നതുമായ 41/4366എ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരമുള്ള എറണാകുളം ടൗൺ നോർത്ത് പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ കെട്ടിടം, 2013 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 28-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ടി കെട്ടിടത്തിന് പരിസരത്ത് വെച്ച് പരസ്യ മായി ലേലം ചെയ്തു വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിനുപുറമെ ടെൻഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ലേല സമയത്ത് കൂടുതൽ തുക വിളിക്കുന്ന/കാണിക്കുന്ന ആളിനു ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിച്ച് കൊടുക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ അയക്കുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ കൊച്ചി സിറ്റി പോലീസ് കമ്മീഷണറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറ്റാവുന്ന `1000-ന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് വാങ്ങേ≠തും ടി ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ ≠തുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ ആയത് 2013 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 27-നു വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണിക്കു മുൻപായി കൊച്ചി സിറ്റി പോലീസ് കമ്മീഷണർക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ തുക ലേല സമയത്ത് ആയതിനായി ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ബോർഡ് മുൻപാകെ അടച്ച് ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏറ്റവും കൂടിയ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം/ടെൻഡർ കൊ≠യാൾക്ക്
