Director of Ports, Directorate of Ports, Valiyathura, Vallakkadavu P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 008, invites online bids for Appointment as Approved Consultant under KIV Rules. The bid submission is through our e-tender website only (www.keralaports.abcprocure.com). The firms with following qualification will be eligible to apply.
1. The Firm having three naval architects having a basic degree in Naval architecture from an approved University in India and at least five years of relevant post qualification experience.
2. The firm has at least two marine engineers having MEO (Marine Engineer Office) Class I (Master) Certificate.
3. The firm has three years experience after incorporation, under the brand name of the Company.
4. The firm has a registered office in Kerala with the minimum number of experienced experts as per 1, 2 and 3 above and having sufficient communication facility.
5. The Certificates, authentication of drawings, stability booklets etc. will be signed only by the individual expert of the firm appointed as approved consultant and there will be individual responsibility and collective responsibility by the firm.
6. The firm or its Directors or staff are not accused in any criminal cuss or damage suits.
7. The approved firm has to submit annual report to the Director of Ports in the prescribed proforma given below.

2. എം.ഇ.ഒ. (മറൈൻ എഞ്ചിനീയർ ഓഫീസ്) ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസ്സ് മാസ്റ്റർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്ള മറൈൻ എഞ്ചിനീയർ കുറഞ്ഞത് ര≠് പേരെങ്കിലും ഉള്ള സ്ഥാപനമായിരിക്കണം.
3. പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് ഈ പേരിൽ മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം.
4. സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് കേരളത്തിൽ അംഗീകൃത ഓഫീസും അതിൽ 1, 2 & 3 നിബന്ധനകൾ പ്രകാരം പ്രാഗൽഭ്യം ഉള്ളവരും ആവശ്യത്തിന് വാർത്താവിനിമയ സംവിധാനവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം.
5. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, ഓതന്റിക്കേഷൻ ഡ്രോയിംഗ്, സ്റ്റെബിലിറ്റി ബുക്ക്ലറ്റ് എന്നിവ ഒപ്പ് വയ്ക്കുന്നത് സ്ഥാപനം നിയമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും പ്രാഗൽഭ്യമുള്ളതുമായ അംഗീകൃത കൺസൾട്ടന്റ ് ആയിരിക്കണം. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ആയിരിക്കും സ്ഥാപനത്തിലെ വ്യ‡ിപരവും മൊത്തത്തിലുള്ളതുമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം.
6. സ്ഥാപനം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡയറക്ടർ, സ്റ്റാഫ് എന്നിവർ ഏതെങ്കിലും ക്രിമിനൽ കേസ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡാമേജ് സ്യൂട്ട് എന്നിവയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരാകരുത്.
7. അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനം വർഷാന്ത്യ റിപ്പോർട്ട് തുറമുഖ ഡയറക്ടർക്ക് നി›ിത പ്രൊഫോർമയിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കണം.
