In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule hereto attached to be Assistant Sessions Judges to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Sessions mentioned against their names in column (2) thereof from the date of taking charge.

In partial modification of the High Court order read above, the High Court of Kerala hereby declares that Sri K. Dharmajan, Judge, Family Court, Thiruvalla (Sl. No. 2 in the order cited) has satisfactorily completed his probation in the category of District and Sessions Judge on 18-2-2012 FN.
The High Court proceedings read as above stands modified to the above extent.
