In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Smt. A. Chithra, Advocate, 3/1257, Ram Nivas, Valiathody, Nadakkavu, Kozhikode, Pin-673 011 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 21-1-2013 the area comprising Kozhikode Taluk in the Revenue District of Kozhikode with Register No. 46/97/KKD. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri C. K. Babu, Advocate, Chittadichalil House, Cheruthony, Idukki Colony P. O., Idukki-685 602 as Notary for a further period of 5 years with effect from 1-2-2013 in the area comprising the jurisdiction of the Munsiff-Magistrate Court of the Idukky Court Centre in the Revenue District of Idukki and the area of practice is further extended to the Revenue Districts of Ernakulam and Idukki with effect from 11-2-2013 upto 31-1-2013 with Register No. 1/2000/IDKY. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri Varghese Mammen, Advocate, Punchamannil Bethania, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta-689 101 as Notary for a period of 5 years with effect from 12-7-2009 in the area comprising the Revenue District of Pathanamthitta and the area of practice is further extended to the whole State of Kerala with effect from 12-2-2013 upto 11-7-2014 with Register No. 1/2004/PTA.
