Sealed tenders are invited for the Installation of Fixed Dom Bio Gas Plant having a capacity of 5M³ in District Jail, Viyyur.

P. A. C.—` 80,000.

The tender should be superscribed with the number, name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent, District Jail, Viyyur.

Tender form may be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent, District Jail, Viyyur on working days during office hours. Tender forms are not transferable.

Application for tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance, as detailed below :

Original— ` 400 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate— ` 200 + 4% VAT.

The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p.m. on 12-3-2013.

Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P.

All the night soil pits in the jail should beLast date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be at 3 p. m. on 13-3-2013 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. connected to the Bio-gas Plant. വിയ്യൂർ ജില്ലാ ജയിലിൽ 5 M³ ശേഷിയുള്ള ഫിക്സഡ് ഡോം ബയോഗ്യാസ് πാന്റ ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി സൂപ്ര≠്, വിയ്യൂർ ജില്ലാ ജയിൽ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% ഇ.എം.ഡി. സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 13-3-2013-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു

കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

All the night soil pits in the jail should be connected to the Bio-gas Plant. One Bio-gas Plant shall be attached to the Pig farm. Further details regarding the site etc. are available from the Office of the Officer in charge, SICA, Thevancode during office hours.

ടെ≠ർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2013 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു≠ായിരിക്കണം. വിയ്യൂർ ജില്ലാ ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അടങ്കൽ തുക— ` 80,000. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :
