In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule hereto attached to be Additional Sessions Judge to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Session mentioned against his name in column (2) thereof from the date of taking charge.
