SHORT TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE No. P1/171/2013/ME. 5th March 2013.

Sealed tenders are invited for the coating work of mild steel tanks of various experimental set ups of Fluid Machinery Lab of Mechanical Engineering Department. The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1/7/2013-14 due on 26-3-2013 at 3 p. m. and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 26-3-2013, 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 27-3-2013 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 210 including VAT per copy. (By Post ` 260).

As per tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 100 and an EMD of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. Those who want the tender form by post should send ` 470 including VAT by Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of ` 150 along with the cost of tender forms.

കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിലെ മെക്കാനിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വിഭാഗത്തിലെ ഫ്ളൂയിഡ് മെഷിനറി ലാബിലുള്ള പരീക്ഷണങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന സ്റ്റീൽ ടാങ്കുകൾക്ക് ഫൈബർ റീ ഇൻഫോഴ്സസ് πാസ്റ്റിക് ലൈനിംഗ് വർക്ക്, പെയിന്റ ിംഗ് വർക്ക് ഇവ (കോട്ടിംഗ് വർക്ക്) ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി1/7/2013-14 തീയതി 26-3-2013 ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 26-3-2013, 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 420 including VAT, which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 25-3-2013. സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 27-3-2013-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് നിയമമനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 100 വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമ്മതപത്രവും 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും വയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാൽവഴി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 470 മണിയോർഡറായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ്, വെസ്റ്റ് ഹിൽ പി. ഒ., കോഴിക്കോട്-673 005 എന്ന പേരിൽ അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.

കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനിക്കാർക്ക് കേരള മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം ` 150 കൂടി അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 420 (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) വില നൽകി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവു ന്നതാണ്. 25-3-2013-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരുകാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വി.പി.പി. ആയി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒരു പ്രതിക്ക് ` 210 (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) കൂടി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
