The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original Chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
(2) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their (OMR) answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) by way of Chalan in any one of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account, "0051-PSC-800 State PSC-99-other receipts"). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the original Chalan should be submitted to the Regional Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission Regional Office, Kollam within 45 days from the date on which the ranked list has come into force. The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the aswer script is 27-10-2012. Copy of the answer script will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Scripts invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer script which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
(3) Entries are based on the Communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. Inclusion of Register Numbers in the probability list does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The candidates who have secured 67 (sixty seven) marks and above are included in the Main List of the probability list and the required marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary List.
(3) Candidates included in the Probability List should produce in person the original and self attested copies of documents for verification. Date, time and venue of certificate verification of candidates other than PH candidates included in this Probability List is published with this list. The suitability assessment of Physically Handicapped candidates included in the Main, Supplementary and PH lists will be intimated later.
(4) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
(5) Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in this list who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as G..O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above at the time of verification of original documents.
(6) Copy of answer scripts of the OMR test held on 9-10-2010 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No. ER VI (3) 113/2011/EW dated 30-3-2012.
