In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule below to be the Sessions Judge to preside over the Court of Sessions noted against his names in column (2) thereof.
