പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ടിയാൻ ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതും കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ സായുധസേനാ ക്യാമ്പിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരി ക്കുന്നതും പോലീസ് വകുപ്പിന് ഉപയോഗം ഇല്ലാത്തതുമായ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങൾ 30-4-2013-ാം തീയതി 11 മണിക്ക് പ്രസ്തുത ക്യാമ്പിൽ വെച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം/ടെ≠ർവഴി വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.
ക്രമ വാഹനത്തിന്റെ
വാഹന നിരത ആയത് ടിയാനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ആയതിന് അയാൾ അർഹനായിരിക്കുന്നതുമല്ല.

Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of toners and replacement of toner cartridge, drum, PCR and other spares if necessary for the 82 numbers of Computer Laser Printers available in the Police Stations/IP Offices/ Dy.SP Offices/ AR Camp/Women Cell and District Police Office in the Kozhikode Rural District to be refilled on demand for the period up to 31-3-2014. The model numbers of the printer machines are furnished below. The rate for toner refilling and replacement of each spare parts should be quoted separately.

CONDITIONS
1. Every tenderer should remit one percentage as EMD (i.e. ` 4,000) in favour of District Police Chief, Kozhikode (Rural) either through DD or cash remittance at this office.
2. The tenderer should enclose an agreement as prescribed in tender forms in Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
3. The successful tenderer should sign an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and deposit 5 % value of the contract ` 10,000 as security deposit.
Further details can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The District Police Chief, Vatakara have the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason.
