Under Section 31 of the Insolvency Act 1955 notice is hereby given that the above mentioned 1st petitioner has been adjudged insolvent on 15-7-2010 and that he should apply for discharge on or before 3 months from the date of adjudication.
Creditors should prove their claims on 23-5-2013 by delivering or sending by registered post to the Receiver an affidavit in Form No. 5 of the Kerala Insolvency Rules. They should also give the Receiver all necessary instructions and provide him funds where necessary.
