In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) read with section 32 (1) ibid, the High Court of Kerala hereby confers upon the Munsiff, Kayamkulam, the powers of a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class and further confers upon him under section 260 (1) ibid, the power to conduct summary trials of the offences mentioned in the said section.

ഈ കോടതിയിൽ തീർപ്പുകൽപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതായ കേസിലുൾപ്പെട്ട താഴെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനം അതിന്റെ യഥാർ∞ ഉടമസ്ഥന് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചിട്ടും അത് യഥാവിധി നടത്താൻ സാധിക്കാതെ വന്നതിനാൽ ടിയാനോ ടിയാൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ലെങ്കിൽ ടിയാന്റെ നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള അനന്തരാവകാശികളോ, തങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശം തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ഈ പരസ്യതീയതി മുതൽ 2 മാസത്തിനകം ഈ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരായി മുതൽ കൈപ്പറ്റേ≠താണെന്നും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ടി മുതൽ സർക്കാർ ഖജനാവിലേക്ക് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് അയാൾക്ക് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുമാണ്. ലേലം കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നയാൾ അന്നേദിവസം 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി മുഴുവൻ തുകയും (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനം നേരിട്ട് കാണുന്നതിന് പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ജയിൽ ഓഫീസുമായി നേരിട്ട് ബന്ധപ്പെടേ≠താണ്.

ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും പ്രത്യേക കാരണങ്ങൾ കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
