TENDER NOTICE
[No. 1/2013-14]
No. E1/15321/13CC. 1st April 2013.
Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of Toners for the 54 Numbers of Computer Laser Jet Printers [Model- HP 2015, 3052 (all in one) 1020, 1007 & Canon] available in the Police Stations/Offices in the Kozhikode City Police unit to be refilled on demand at the respective Police Stations/Offices for the period upto 31-3-2014. Envelope containing tenders should be superscribed "Tender for refilling Toners of Computer Laser Jet Printers of Kozhikode City Police" with Tender No. and addressed to the District Police Chief, City Police Office, Mananchira, Kozhikode-01. The tenders will be opened on 24-4-2013, 11 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time.
tender forms will be on 22-4-2013, 4 p. m. Cheque/DD/ Postal Order and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of forms and the tender forms will not be sent by VPP either. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at ` 338 (including VAT) per copy.
CONDITIONS
1. Every tender should be remit 1% as EMD i.e., ` 3,000 in favour of "District Police Chief, Kozhikode" either through DD or cash remittance at this office.
2. Tender should enclose an agreement as described in tender forms in Stamp Paper worth ` 50.
3. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 50 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit.
Further details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during the office hours. The District Police Chief, Kozhikode shall have the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason.
Intending tenderers may submit their applications before the District Police Chief, Kozhikode City, Mananchira, Kozhikode-01 and obtain the requisite tender form in which the tender should be submitted. Applications for the tender forms should be accompanied by receipt for cash remittance of ` 675 (including VAT) at the City Police Office, Kozhikode and the said amount is not refundable.
