2013 ഏപ്രിൽ 4. 2012-ലെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന സേവന അവകാശ നിയമം (2012-ലെ 18) 3-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം നൽകപ്പെട്ട അധികാരങ്ങൾ വിനിയോഗിച്ച് വ്യവസായ വാണിജ്യ ഡയറക്ടർ താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സേവനം പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായും അത്തരം സേവനങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിയു‡ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ, ഒന്നാം അപ്പീൽ അധികാരി, ര≠ാം അപ്പീൽ അധികാരി, നി›ിത സമയ പരിധി എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെ ഇതിനാൽ വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

വിശദീകരണക്കുറിപ്പ്

(ഇത് വി⁄ാപനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പൊതു ഉദ്ദേശ്യം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊ≠ുള്ള താണ്.)

2012-ലെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന സേവന അവകാശം ആക്ടിന്റെ (2012-ലെ 18) 3-ാം വകുപ്പ് ഈ ആക്ടിന്റെ (2012-ലെ 18) 3-ാം വകുപ്പ് ഈ ആക്ടിന്റെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി വി⁄ാപനം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതിന് വകുപ്പ് മേധാവികളെ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. അതനുസരിച്ച് വ്യവസായ വാണിജ്യ ഡയറക്ടർ സേവനങ്ങൾ പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള സമയപരിധി, നിയു‡ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ, ഒന്നാം അപ്പീൽ അധികാരി, ര≠ാം അപ്പീൽ അധികാരി, നി›ിത സമയപരിധി എന്നിവ വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലക്ഷ്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്നത് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊ≠ുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വി⁄ാപനം.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER, DISTRICT INDUSTRIES CENTRE, THRISSUR

Sub:—Inds-DIC, Thrissur–Thalikkulam Block Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 316, Thalikkulam under Liquidation–Cancellation of Registration–Orders issued.

Read:—1. This Office Proceedings No. B2/5818/96 dated, 9-10-2003.

2. This Office Proceedings No. B2/5818/96 dated, 18-12-2012.

As per the proceedings cited above, Thalikkulam Block Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 316, Thalikkulam, was ordered to be wound up and Senior Co-operative Inspector (HQ II) was appointed as Liquidator. The Liquidator took charge on 3-1-2006 and the claim notice sent for publication on 7-2-2006 and published in the Gazette in 13th June 2006.

The society was registered on 6-12-1990 and the activity started on 3-1-1991. There were 80 members on the roll of the society. The value of one share was ` 100 from 75 members and ` 500 from 5 members and the paid up share capital was ` 10,000.

The Liquidator has carried out the duties as per the KCS Act and Rules. All the realizable assets has been released.

No Government Grant received by the society.

Share capital collected from the members, was also returned to 68 members @ ` 100 and for ` 6,800 and to 5 members @ ` 500 for ` 2,500. Liquidator has transferred the balance amount in to the account of the society for ` 1,085 which is including the undisbursed share amount of 7 members. The accounts of the liquidation period has been audited by the Senior Co-operative Inspector of this office. The irrecoverable assets as per the final balance sheet has been written off and the undischargeable liabilities has been forfeited as per the proceeding 2nd cited. Now the Liquidator has recommended to cancel the registration of the society since all the liquidation procedure has been completed.

I examined the case in detail and the following order issued.

ORDER

In the circumstances explained above, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me, as the Registrar of Industrial Co-operative Societies under Section 74 of the KCS Act (Act 21 of 1969) do hereby cancel the registration of the Thalikkulam Block Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 316, P. O. Thalikkulam. The Liquidator shall keep the records of the society for a period of three years and will destroy with prior permission of the undersigned.

Sub:—Inds–DIC, Thrissur–Chazhur Panchayath Mahalakshmi Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 374, Chazhur P. O. under Liquidation–Cancellation of Registration–Orders issued.

Read:—1. This Office Proceedings No. B2/1032/08 dated 18-6-2009.

As per the proceedings cited above, Chazhur Panchayath Mahalakshmi Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 374, Chazhur P. O. was ordered to be wound up and Junior Co-operative Inspector (Liq.) was appointed as Liquidator. The Liquidator took charge on 4-8-2009 and the claim notice sent for publication on 4-8-2009 and published in the Gazette in 22nd September 2009.

The society was registered on 15-2-2007 and the activity started on 30-10-2007. There were 16 members on the roll of the society. The value of one share was ` 5,000 from 400 A class members and the paid up share capital was ` 20 lakhs.

The Liquidator has carried out the duties as per the KCS Act and Rules. All the realizable assets has been released.

No Government Grant received by the society.

Share capital collected from the members, was also returned to 16 members @ ` 1,901.25 and for ` 30,420. The accounts of the liquidation period has been audited by the Junior Co-operative Inspector (HLO) of this office. Now the Liquidator has recommended to cancel the registration of the society, since all the liquidation procedure has been completed.

I examined the case in detail and the following order issued.

ORDER

In the circumstances explained above, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me, as the Registrar of Industrial Co-operative Societies under Section 74 of the KCS Act (Act 21 of 1969) do hereby cancel the registration of the Chazhur Panchayath Mahalakshmi Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 374, Chazhur P. O. The Liquidator shall keep the records of the society for a period of three years and will destroy with prior permission of the undersigned.

Sub:—Inds–DIC, Thrissur–Thrissur Shop Employees Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 6, under Liquidation–Cancellation of Registration–Orders issued.

Read:—1. Proceedings No. D4/103631/75 dtd. 7-7-1976 of Addl. Inds. Development Commissioner, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Govt. Order No. 650/12 Industries (B) Dept. of 24-4-2012.

As per the proceedings cited above, Thrissur Shop Employees Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 6, Thrissur was ordered to be wound up and Senior Co-operative Inspector (HQ) was appointed as Liquidator. The Liquidator took charge on 24-11-1976. The main activity of the society is manufacturing and marketting of Umbrellas.

The society was registered on 9-4-1958 and the activity started on 27-4-1958 for the development of Umbrella manufacturing, the society has received a loan of ` 10,000 from the Industries Department under the Small Scale Industries Aid Scheme. Now Government has written off the loan for ` 11,092 as per the proceedings 2nd cited.

The Liquidator has carried out the duties as per the KCS Act and Rules. All the realizable assets has been released.

Now the Liquidator has recommended to cancel the registration of the society, since all the Liquidation procedure has been completed.

I have examined the case in detail and the following order issued.

ORDER

In the circumstances explained above, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me, as the Registrar of Industrial Co-operative Societies under Section 74 of the KCS Act (Act 21 of 1969) do hereby cancel the registration of the Thrissur Shop Employees Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 6, Thrissur. The Liquidator shall keep the records of the society for a period of three years and will destroy with prior permission of the undersigned.
