Notification from Kerala Raj Bhavan

AUCTION NOTICE

No. GH7-317/2012. 7th April 2013.

The Royal Enfield 346 CC Bullet Motor Cycle owned by the Kerala Raj Bhavan bearing Registration Number KL-01 M 2425 and Engine Number 8B 528463 A respectively, will be sold in public auction on "As is where is condition" at 12 Noon on Wednesday the 22nd May 2013, at the Kerala Raj Bhavan.

2. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest money of ` 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) in cash before the commencement of the auction, which will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders soon after the auction is over. The earnest money of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the bid amount. accepted. He will be made liable to make good any loss sustained as a result of such re-auction, but shall have no claim over profit, if any.

5. The successful bidder, on payment of the bid amount, should take steps immediately, to remove the motor cycle at his own expense.

6. The confirmation of the auction will be subject to the approval of the undersigned.

7. The motorcycle can be inspected during office hours on any working days, from the 6th to 8th May 2013, between 11 a.m. to 1 p. m. with prior permission.

കേരള രാജ്ഭവന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ളതും യഥാക്രമം കെ.എൽ. 01 എം. 2425 (KL-01 M 2425) രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നമ്പരും 8B 528463 A എഞ്ചിൻ നമ്പരുമുള്ളതുമായിട്ടുള്ള റോയൽ എൻഫീൽഡ് നിർമ്മിതമായ 346 CC മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിൾ 2013 മേയ് മാസം 22-ാം തീയതി ബുധനാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് രാജ്ഭവൻ ഗ്യാരേജിൽ വച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്തു വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. പ്രസ്തുത ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ` 1,000 (ആയിരം രൂപ) കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ലേലം പിടിക്കാത്തവർക്ക് ഈ തുക ലേല അവസാനം തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതും ലേലം പിടിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ിക്ക് ഈ തുക ലേലത്തുകയിൽ വക വയ്ക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. 4. 5. ലേലം പിടിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ി ലേലത്തുക അടയ്ക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിൾ രാജ്ഭവൻ പരിസരത്തുനിന്നും ഉടനടി മാറ്റേ≠താകുന്നു.

3. ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം പിടിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ിയുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും എന്നാൽ കാരണമില്ലാതെ തന്നെ ടി ലേലം അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുവാനും ഇതു മറ്റൊരവസരത്തിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുവാനുമുള്ള സമ്പൂർണ്ണാധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

6. ലേലം അന്തിമമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും.

7. 2013 മേയ് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതി മുതൽ 8-ാം തീയതി വരെയുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്കും 1 മണിക്കും ഇടയ്ക്കുള്ള സമയത്ത് മുൻകൂർ അനുവാദത്തോടുകൂടി വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

(Sd.) 4. ലേലം പിടിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ി വാറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള മുഴുവൻ തുകയും ഏൽപ്പിക്കേ≠തും വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയാൽ ഈ ലേലം അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും പുനർ ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടച്ച തുക തിരികെ നൽകാതിരിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. ചെക്കുകളും ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകളും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പുനർ ലേലം നടത്തേ≠ിവരികയാ ണെങ്കിൽ ഇതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിലുള്ള ന„മു≠ായാൽ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തിയ ലേലക്കാരനിൽനിന്ന് തുക ഈടാക്കുന്നതും ലാഭത്തിൽ യാതൊരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള അവകാശം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുകയുമില്ല.
