2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽ വന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ, താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആŒ് സെക്ഷൻ 28A പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 2-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേരുചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകരുടെ വസ്തുക്കൾ 'പുരയിടം' എന്നതിനുപകരം 'നിലം' എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണന്നും, ടി അപാകത പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് കേരള മുദ്രപത്ര നിയമം 28 (A) വകുപ്പിലെ ഉപവകുപ്പ് (4) പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

പ്രസ്തുത പരാതികളിൻമേൽ സൂചന (3) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരമുള്ള ജില്ലാ കളŒറടെ നിർദ്ദേശമനുസരിച്ചും താഴെപ്പറയുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
