ഹർജിക്കാർ:—1. കുമാരപുരം വില്ലേജിൽ കരുവാറ്റ തെക്കും മുറിയിൽ കൃഷ്ണ കൃപയിൽ വിജേഷ് ഭാര്യ 28 വയസ്സുള്ള ദീപാ വാസുദേവൻ.
2. കുമാരപുരം വില്ലേജിൽ കരുവാറ്റ തെക്കും മുറിയിൽ കൃഷ്ണ കൃപയിൽ ജയപ്രകാശ് ഭാര്യ 54 വയസ്സുള്ള ശോഭന.
1-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരിയുടെ ഭർത്താവും 2-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരിയുടെ മകനും 3-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരിയുടെ പിതാവുമായ വിജേഷ്, കെ. ജെ. 18-12-2012-ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടുപോയി ട്ടുള്ളതാകുന്നു. ടിയാൻ പണയം വെച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പണയ ഉരുപ്പടികൾ വാങ്ങിയെടുക്കുന്നതിന് നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള അവകാശികൾ ഹർജിക്കാർ മാത്രമാണ്. ആയതുവാങ്ങിയെടുക്കുന്നതിന് സക്സെഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആവശ്യമായിട്ടുള്ളതും ടി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് ഈ നമ്പർ ഹർജി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതു മാണ്. അതിനെപ്പറ്റി എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം വിചാരണ തീയതിയായ 2013 മേയ് മാസം 25-ാം തീയതി ഈ കോടതിയിൽ നേരിട്ടോ അഭിഭാഷകൻ മുഖേനയോ ആക്ഷേപം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊള്ളേ≠തും അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം ടി ഹർജി സംഗതികൾ തീർച്ചചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നുള്ള വിവരം തെര്യെപ്പെടുത്തികൊള്ളുന്നു.
- കുമാരപുരം വില്ലേജിൽ കരുവാറ്റ തെക്കും മുറിയിൽ കൃഷ്ണ കൃപയിൽ വിജേഷ് മകൾ മൈനർ 6 വയസ്സുള്ള കൃഷ്ണപ്രിയ (മൈനർക്കുവേ≠ി ടിയാളെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് 1-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരിയും മാതാവുമായ ദീപാവാസുദേവൻ). ↩

[Certificate No. 200267 (Folio No. D 00 00037) dated 17-11-2007 & Share Certificate No. 201746 (Folio No. D 00 00037) dated 5-11-2008] in the name of Late Devarajan, s/o Kumaran, Janakivilla, Kappakada, Punnapra, Paravoor Village, Ambalappuzha Taluk, Alappuzha is posted to 3-6-2013 at 11 a.m. and notice is hereby given all persons interested in the matter to appear and file objection if any in the absence of which the petition will be decided as per law.
