1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം നമ്പർ സി2-771/2007. 2013 ഏപ്രിൽ 8.
1. താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ റീസർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥിതികൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ വിധിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സർവെ റിക്കാർഡും അതിർത്തി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകളും ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നുള്ളതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കു ന്നതുമാണ്.

2. Unless the survey hereby notified is modified by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of Section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded there in have in correctly determined and recorded.
