A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initated against those who do so.

II A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of approval of the Ranked List . The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.

The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked, if the candidates apply for it along with chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee" addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, KPSC, Pattom P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force.

Applications for rechecking of answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded from and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website : www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

"Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing Original Chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 Other receipts". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II KPSC Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 16-3-2013. The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in this list who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SCSTDD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above as and when called for. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 31-7-2010 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 23-7-2012 for the post of Last Grade Servants (Ex-servicemen only) on ` 4300-5930 in NCC/Sainik Welfare Department, (Category No. 239/2008) in Kozhikode District, for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 28-6-2008 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 30-10-2012.

The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the Answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in anyone of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 STATE PSC-99 EXAMINATION FEE". Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. 3. ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ-അതായത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരു ന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്. അഭിമുഖത്തിനുശേഷം ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

5. ഈ ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും, 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ്.സി./എസ്.റ്റി.ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠വരുമായ മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് അഭിമുഖത്തിന്റെ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്ന പക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോംപറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

6. ജാതി-സമുദായം-സംവരാണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തഹശീൽദാരിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ ര≠് ശരി പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

7. ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടി ല്ലാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകളും അസാധുവാക്കിയതിനുള്ള കാരണങ്ങൾ വിവരിക്കുന്ന വിഞ്ജാപനവും കൂടി വായിക്കേ ≠താണ്.

അഭിമുഖത്തിനുള്ള തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസു കളുടെ പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

ഉപപട്ടികകൾ

നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(2) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാ ക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയി ട്ടുള്ളത്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ എഴുതാത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ

ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ

പതിച്ച മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, അഡ്വക്കേറ്റായി Enroll ചെയ്തവർക്ക് Bar Council നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റ ിറ്റി കാർഡ്, കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ ് നൽകുന്ന ആധാർ കാർഡ് (AADHAAR CARD)എന്നിവയിലേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയായി ഹാജരാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

(5) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സ് പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും ഒ. എം. ആർ. ഉത്തരക്കടലാ സിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതി നുശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

(6) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം ഇൻവാലിഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

(7) സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗവിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ആറ് മാസത്തിനു ള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും 2 ശരി പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മിശ്രവിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-ന് ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠ത്. ജാതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക യിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

(8) വിമു‡ ഭടൻമാർ, കായികതാരങ്ങൾ എന്നീ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളി യിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(9) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധ നയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകാൻ വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(10) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പു കളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസവും സമയവും കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേ ദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

2. തിരിച്ചറിയൽ : കുറിപ്പ് 4-ൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ച രേഖ പ്രകാരം.

3. ജനന തീയതി, : ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്കൂൾ രേഖകളുടെ വയസ്, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടു യോഗ്യത ത്തിയ പകർപ്പും (എസ്. എസ്. എൽ. സി.)

4. ജാതി, സമുദായം : ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (അസലും (സംവരണാനുകൂല്യ പ ക ർ പ്പ ു ം ) / സ ർ ട്ട ി ഫ ി ക്ക റ്റ ് ത്തിന് ന ൽ ക ു ന്ന ഉ േ ദ ്യ ാ ഗ സ്ഥ െ ന്റ പേര്, ഒൗദ്യോഗിക പേര്, ഓഫീസ് സീൽ തീയതി എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരി ക്കണം.

5. കായിക താരങ്ങൾ : സ്പോർട്സ് കൗൺസിൽ സെക്രട്ടറി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും പകർപ്പുകളും 6. സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള : ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് മോധാവിയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നിന്നോ ഓഫീസ് മേധാവിയിൽ നിന്നോ ലഭിച്ച രസീത ്(ഒറിജിനൽ) മുകളിൽ പറയും പ്രകാരമുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും രേഖകളും വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ഹാജരാക്കാൻ അവസരം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
