The Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering South Circle, Harbour Engineering Department (HED) for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites online bids for the following as detailed against each of them from the Registered Bidders/Contractors/firms of State PWD, Irrigation Department, CPWD having class of registration as detailed below.

A bid submission fee + VAT @ 5% as mentioned above against each work shall be remitted in the form of D.D. in favour of Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram payable at Thiruvananthapuram and the scanned copy of this D.D. shall be submitted online during the time of bid submission.

All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated cover(s)/envelope(s) on the e-GP website. The bids shall be submitted in their21st MAY 2013 MARINE DEPARTMENT 98 respective designated online cover. Tenders/bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The scanned copy of EMD, cost of tender documents/ bid submission fee, the registration certificate duly attested by the Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer, PWD, Kerala, Preliminary Agreement, and EMD exemption certificate (if any) shall be submitted online and subsequently in a separate cover physically. More details on EMD & cost of tender documents/bid submission fee are mentioned in the Form 83 document.

The bids shall be opened online at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering South Circle on the dates mentioned against each work by the Superintending Engineer in the presence of the Bidders / their representatives who wish to attend at the above address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at same time and place.

Online Tenders/ bids are to be accompanied with scanned copy of preliminary agreement executed in Kerala stamp paper worth ` I00/. Tenders/ bids received online without the scanned copies of EMD, cost of tender documents/bid submission fee and preliminary agreement will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Further details can be had from the NIT or Office of the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering South Circle, Harbour Engineering Department (HED) during working hours.

All other existing conditions, regarding Notice Inviting Tenders in the Kerala PWD /HED and all other conditions prevailing for consideration of the tenders and allied orders will be applicable to this tender also. The Harbour Engineering Department will not be responsible for any error like missing of schedule data while downloading by the Bidder.

G.O. (Rt.) No. 255/2004/F&PD dated 29-6-2004 and allied orders will also be applicable to this tender. The undersigned reserves all rights to reject the submitted tender without assigning any reason. On evaluation of tenders, regard would be paid to National Defence and security considerations.

സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (ആർ. റ്റി.) 255/2004/എഫ്.& പി. ഡി. 29-6-2004 ഉത്തരവും അനുബന്ധ ഉത്തരവുകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയിൽ ദേശീയ സുരക്ഷയ്ക്കും പ്രതിരോധത്തിനും പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
