NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 3rd May 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri G. Aravindakshan Nayar, Advocate, 'Gokulam', T. C. 4/2040, House No. A/6, YGRA, First Lane, Kuravankonam, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram-695 003 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 5-4-2013 in the area comprising Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram with Register No. 24/97/TVPM.
