SALE NOTICE

No. A6/Disposal/2013/T. 24th April 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 61 & 62 of Major Port Trust Act, 1963, goods lying abandoned and uncleared for over two months from their date of respective landing in the Cochin Port Trust will be sold by Open Tender/Auction or in any other manner deemed fit on "as is where is condition".

The goods for disposal are as given below:

Synthetic Rags lying at various locations in Ernakulam Wharf, Mattancherry Wharf and Port CFS since 1996.

The goods will be sold in Auction/Open Tender or in any other manner deemed fit. A list of uncleared/ abandoned items is available with the Office of the Traffic Manager, Cochin Port Trust.
