In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of Kerala State Right to Service Act, 2012 (Act 18 of 2012) the Head of the Museums and Zoos Department hereby notify the service mentioned in the schedule below to be the services that will be rendered by the said Department and also notify the Designated Officers, First Appellate Authority, Second Appellate Authority and the stipulated time limit, in respect of such services, namely:—

3. Broadcasting of AIR programme in bandstand and around the garden from 5 p. m. to 8.30 p. m.
4. Kept open from 4.45 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. for the public.

Education and Planning Section
1. This section offers education facilities to teachers, students and all those interested in Wildlife and Museuology.
2. Classes are organised for the School/ College students on specified subject

4. Sale of monograph, paintings prints and other publication of the Department.

7. Reference library facilities are provided to students, scholars etc.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purpose.)
Section 3 of the Kerala State Right to Service Act, 2012 (18 of 2012) empowers, every Department of the Government, Heads of Department, Local Self Government Institutions and Statutory Bodies to notify in the Gazette, the services, that will be rendered by each of them, along with details of stipulated time limit, Designated Officers, First Appellate Authority and the Second Appellate Authority. The Government have decided to notify the services to be rendered by the Department of Museums and Zoos and the Officers in respect of such services as stipulated in the said section.
The notification is intended to achieve the said purpose.
പുനർ ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യം
നമ്പർ എം.ഇസഡ ്.(ജി)-4403/2012. 2013 മേയ് 8.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പിൽ ബൊട്ടാണിക്കൽ ഗാർഡനിലെ എല്ലാ മരങ്ങൾക്കും സയന്റിഫിക്ക് ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷന്റെ ഭാഗമായി നമ്പർ ഇടുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 40,500.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിൽ "തിരുവനന്തപുരം ബൊട്ടാണിക്കൽ ഗാർഡനിലെ മരങ്ങൾക്ക് നമ്പർ ഇടുന്ന തിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 6-6-2013-ന് പകൽ 3 മണിവരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ, മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്നവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3.30-ന് അവ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടേയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവരു ടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ഡയറക്ടറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠തും ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 300-ം വാറ്റും ഒടുക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ഈ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറാവുന്നതല്ല. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ 6-6-2013-ാം തീയതി 1 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഇവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ ടെൻഡർ ഫോം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെൻഡറിനോടൊപ്പം ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡി. ഡി. ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ടെൻഡറിനോടൊപ്പം ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകളോ മതിയായ ഇ. എം. ഡി. യോ ഇല്ലാത്തവ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തതാണെങ്കിൽ പോലും നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെൻഡറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കാനും മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനുമുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
