Sub Judges/Chief Judicial Magistrates are regularised and the High Court of Kerala hereby declare under Rule 11 (1) of the Kerala Judicial Service Rules, 191 read with rule 20(b) of the Kerala State Subordinate Services Rules, 1958, that the officers mentioned in column No. 2 of the table below have satisfactorily completed their period of probation in the category of Sub Judges/Chief Judicial Magistrates on the forenoon of the dates mentioned against their names in column No. 3.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 260 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby specifically empowers the Judicial Magistrates of the First Class mentioned in column (2) of the schedule hereto attached to try in a summary way all the Offences mentioned in the said sub-section.
