The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (Available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission Office, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within 45 days from the date of approval of this ranked list (on or before 12-11-2012). A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.

Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Note II :—A period of forty five days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to get rechecked their answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List. (on or before 12-11-2012).

"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered".

The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the head of account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee", addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission Office, Pattom,Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office within 45 days from the date approval of the Ranked List (on or before 12-11-2012). The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the pub1ication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the currency of the Ranked List. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the Ranked List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But answer script will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC 99 Examination fee", addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the ranked list has come into force.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost in the the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or form downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their (OMR) answer sheet (Part A and B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the state (Head of Account, "0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99 other receipts"). The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer script will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) remitted in any one of the treasuries in the State under the head of account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC 99 Examination fee", addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the ranked list has come into force.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded from and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account, "0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99 other receipts"). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The last date for the receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 29-11-2012.

Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 8 are based on the Communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitles to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidate will be advised as incorporated in the list.

Application for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or it's photocopy or down loaded form and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website:www.keralapsc.org or photocopies there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the re- checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരു കളുടെ മുൻപിൽ 'ക്യൂ' ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.
