Whereas the United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Divisional Office No. 1, Thiruvananthapuram-33 has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,13,358 (Rupees eight lakhs thirteen thousand three hundred and fifty eight only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased employee Sri Roy Joseph who met with a fatal accident on 7-12-2000 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Pathanamthitta it is understood that the following person is the dependant of the deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.
DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS
Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased employee should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days (fifteen days) from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependent mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Whereas, the Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., Divisional Office, Marthoma Buildings, T. K. Road, Thiruvalla has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 5,88,128 (Rupees five lakhs eighty eight thousand one hundred and twenty eight only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased employee Sri Shaji Chacko who met with a fatal accident on 1-10-2008 arising out of and in the course of his employment as van driver under the employer viz. Sri Biju, Thundiyathu House, Thannithodu P. O., Konni.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Pathanamthitta it is understood that the following persons are the dependants of the deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.

As per G. O. (Ms.) No. 64/2012/LBR dated 30-4-2012, Government have created an additional post of Inspector of Plantations with Pathanapuram as his official Headquarters. Hence reallocation of territorial Jurisdiction of Inspector of plantations become inevitable.
This notification is intended to achieve the above object.

Whereas, the Anglo-Easten Ship Management (India) Private Ltd. has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,61,120 ( Rupees Eight Lakh Sixty One Thousand One Hundered and Twenty only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Workman Sri. Anoop Abraham who met with a fatal accident on 27-7-2012 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Thalasery II Circle (Kuthuparamba). It is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased Workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923.
