In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Kerala State Right to Services Act, 2012 the Government of Kerala hereby notify the services in Kerala Forest Development Corporation Ltd. that will be rendered to public and the details of Designated Officers, stipulated time limit, the First Appellate Authority and the Second Appellate Authority, in respect of Kerala Forest Development Corporation Ltd., as specified below in Schedule, namely:—

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

Section 3 of the Kerala State Right to Services Act, 2012 (8 of 2012) empowers the Government to notify the services in each Department that will be rendered to public and the details of designated officers, stipulated time limit, First Appellate Authority and Second Appellate Authority. Accordingly, the Kerala Forest Development Corporation Ltd. have decided to notify the same.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
