The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 17-11-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 10-12-2012 for selection to the post of Statistical Assistant Grade-II/ Statistical Investigator GR-II SR for SC/ST (Category No. 38/2010) on ` 5250-8390 (PR) in Economics & Statistics Department in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order of merit.

The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 26-12-2012. The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity period of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 08 (Eight) marks or above in the objective type (OMR Valuation) test have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee".

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation which they are entitled to. SUPPLEMENTARY LIST

3. All the candidates who were appeared for the OMR Test are included in the Main List of this Short List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to produce self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application regarding qualification, date of birth, community and other benefits, if any, which they are entitled, to at the time of verification of original documents prior to interview.

4. SC/ST Candidates included in the Short List shall required to produce two copies of Community Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities, not below the Rank of a Tahsildar.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 31-7-2010 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 16-7-2012 for selection to the post of Last Grade Servants (Ex-Servicemen only) on ` 4300-5930 (PR) in the NCC/Sainik Welfare Department in Thrissur District (Category No. 239/2008) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 2-1-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. Application for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopies therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts". A Copy of the answer sheet will be issued only one to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC, District Office, Thrissur shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force, (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for the receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 16-2-2013. Applications for re-checking/ obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 10 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

Letter 'R' should be prefixed to the Register Number to denote Thrissur District.

Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for Interview or for susequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

Ranked List No. 43/13/DOB.

1st February 2013.

The following is the Ranked is the list containing the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Written Test held on 22-10-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 6-10-2012 for the post of L.D. Clerk (Kannanda and Malayalam knowing) on ` 5250-8390 (PR) (Category No. 138/2008) in the Various Departments in Kasaragod District arranged in the Order of Merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 1-2-2013.

The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pending of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked, if the candidates apply for the same along with a chalan receipt for prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee".

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking of invalidated answer script will not be entertained.

Valid applications for Rechecking of the Answer Script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, "Tiger Hills", Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. The last date for receipt of application for rechecking of the Answer Script is 18-3-2013. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Entries put in Column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kasaragod within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the List, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
