ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 2-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകയുടെ വസ്തു 'പുരയിടം' എന്നതിനുപകരം 'നിലം' എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണെന്നും, ടി അപാകത പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് കേരള മുദ്രപത്ര നിയമം 28(A) വകുപ്പിലെ ഉപവകുപ്പ് (4) പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത പരാതികളി∑േൽ സൂചന (3) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും, സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരമുള്ള ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ നിർദ്ദേശമനുസരിച്ചും താഴെപ്പറയുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ടി വസ്തു പൂർണ്ണമായും പട്ടയഭൂമിയാണെന്നും 24906 നമ്പർ ത≠പ്പേർ പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷകൻപേരിൽ കരം ഒടുക്കി വരുന്നതാണെന്നും ആയതിനെ 'Govt.
