NOTIFICATION

No. B1-58/2013. 7th June 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint the person mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule hereto attached to be Assistant Sessions Judge to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Sessions mentioned against his name in column (3) thereof from the date of taking charge.
