Whereas, the Divisional Manager, the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., Divisional Office, Kollam has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 6,40,706 (Rupees Six lakhs forty thousand seven hundred and six only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Rajan who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Prakash Madhavan, Proprietor, Associated Agencies, Pallithottam, Kollam and whereas it is reported that

1. Smt. Saraswathy Arunima, Peroor, (Wife) T.K.M.C. P. O., Kollam 2. Sri Jeevan Raj do.

(Minor son at the time of father's death)

3. Sri Jithin Raj do.

are his only dependents as defined under section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജിയിൽ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Whereas, the Divisional Manager, the New India Assurance Company Ltd., Kollam has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 5,55,387 (Rupees five lakhs fifty five thousand three hundred and eighty seven only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Praveen, G. who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Bharathan Pillai, P., Managing Partner, Asiatic Export Enterprises, Kilikolloor, Kollam and whereas it is reported that

1. Sri Gopalakrishna Pillai Preetha Mandiram, (Father) Cheriyela,

claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

ശ്രീ. ഭരതൻപിള്ള, പി. മാനേജിംഗ് പാർട്ട്ണറായുള്ള, ഏഷ്യാറ്റിക് എക്സ്പോർട്ട്് എന്ററർ പ്രൈസസ്, കിളികൊല്ലൂർ, കൊല്ലം എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. പ്രവീൺ, ജി.-യുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 5,55,387 (അഞ്ചു ലക്ഷത്തി അമ്പത്തയ്യായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി എൺപത്തിയേഴ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
