DECLARATION OF LAWFULL SUCCESSION PROCLAMATION OF THE PURCHASER OF LAND

OFPURCHASE OF IMMOVABLES PROPERTY No. D - 5668/10 (2). 4th June 2013. No. D- 5668/10 (3). 4th June 2013.

It is hereby publically notified for general information that Smt. Viji d/o Mohanan, Malayil House, Padinjattummuri, Kakkodi, Kozhikkode Taluk has purchased on the 10th day of December 2009 at a public auction an extent of half of the share of 5.5 cents of land in R. S. No. 5/2 ( Part) of Olavanna Village, Kozhikkode Taluk, Kozhikkode District sold for the recovery of Court fine from Satheesan s/o Gopalan, Palakara House, Olavanna, P. O. , Olavanna Village , Kozhikkode Taluk the land holder . The land will be registered in the name of Smt. Viji d/o Mohanan, It is therefore declared that Smt. Viji d /o Mohanan Malayil House, Padinjattumuri, Kakkodi, Kozhikkode Taluk has succeeded to all the right over the aforesaid land.

Revenue Divisional Office, (Sd). Kozhikode. Revenue Divisional Officer. Whereas Smt. Viji d/o Mohanan, Malayil House, Padinjattummuri, Kakkodi, Kozhikkode Taluk has purchased for ` 1,11,500/- (Rs. One lakh Eleven thousand and five hundred) The Immovable property specified below at sale held by public auction on 10th December 2009 for the execution of warrent in CMP. 944/07 issued by the Judge, Family Court, Kozhikode to realize ` 1,03,500/- from Satheesan s/o Gopalan, Palekara House, Olavanna Village, Kozhikkode Taluk, and whereas the RDO Kozhikode was comfirmed the sale as per order No. D- 5668/10(2) dated 3-12-2012 U/s 54 of Kerala Revenue Recovery Act 1968. It is hereby declared U/s (1) of Section 57 of the said act that Smt. Viji d/o Mohanan, Malayil House, Padinjattumuri, Kakkodi, Kozhikkode District is lawful successor to all the right of the former land holder in the said Immovable Property.
