ഈരാറ്റുപേട്ട ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ക്രിമിനൽ കേസുകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട് വിവിധ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരങ്ങളിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവരുന്ന താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന മോട്ടോർ വാഹനങ്ങൾ ലേലം ചെയ്ത് മുതൽ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള അവകാശം ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ് എന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം ഇനിയൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് ഇല്ലാതെ ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരസ്യലേലം നടത്തി സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

ലേലം ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ ലേല തുക മുഴുവൻ (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഓഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കി ലേല വസ്തുക്കൾ ടി സ്ഥലത്ത് നിന്നും പൂർണ്ണമായും നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
ലേല സംഖ്യ അടയ്ക്കുവാൻ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയാൽ ടിയാന്റെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതും പുനർലേലം നടത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.
സർക്കാരിന് സാമ്പത്തിക ന„മു≠ായാൽ ആയതിന് പൂർണ്ണ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം ലേലം വിളിച്ച വ്യ‡ിക്കായിരിക്കും. ടി വ്യ‡ിക്കെതിരെ ന„പരിഹാരമുൾപ്പെടെ നിയമം അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന ഏത് നടപടിയും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് സൂപ്ര≠ിന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ലേലം മാറ്റിവെയ്ക്കുന്നതുൾപ്പെടെ എന്ത് മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്തുന്നതിനും സൂപ്ര≠ിന് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ ടി ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ടറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
