Whereas, the New India Assurance Company Limited, Motor Third Party Claims, Hub, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 2,42,100 (Rupees Two Lakhs forty two thousand and one hundred only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependent of the deceased employee Sri Abraham Varghese who met with a fatal accident on 21-7-2003 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the employer M/s Panchayil Industries, Thiruvalla.

വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. എബ്രഹാം വർഗ്ഗീസിന്റെ ആശ്രിതയ്ക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 2,42,100 (ര≠ു ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപത്തിര≠ായിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി കൊട്ടാരക്കര, പാലമുക്ക്, വെട്ടിക്കവല മണ്ണിലേത്ത് സുനിൽ ഭവനിൽ, ശ്രീമതി കുട്ടിയമ്മ വർഗ്ഗീസ് (ഭാര്യ) മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ിക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas M/s Harrisons Malayalam Ltd., Willingdon Island, Cochin has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 7,04,365 (Rupees Seven lakhs four thousand three hundred and sixty five only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased employee, Sri Robi, E. who met with a fatal accident on 7-8-2011 arising out of and in the course of his employment as Mason under the above employer viz. M/s Harrisons Malayalam Ltd., Cochin.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Punaloor it is understood that the following persons are the dependants of the deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.
1. Smt. Susamma, Wife
Joji Bhavan, Thekkum Mukal, Kunnikkodu P. O., Pathanapuram Taluk, Kollam.
2. Roji Son 17 do.
Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days (Fifteen days) from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependent mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.
കൊച്ചി, വെല്ലിംഗ്ടൺ എെലന്റിലെ ബ്രിസ്റ്റൺ റോഡിൽ 24/624-ൽ M/s ഹാരിസൺ മലയാളം ലിമിറ്റഡിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. റോബി, ഇ.യുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 7,04,365 (ഏഴ് ലക്ഷത്തി നാലായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി അറുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ കുന്നിക്കോട് പി.ഒ.യിൽ തേക്കുംമുകൾ, ജോജി ഭവനിൽ ശ്രീമതി സൂസമ്മ (ഭാര്യ), റോജി (മകൻ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനു ശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
