The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee", addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded from and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Tresuries in the State (Head of Account "0051-PSC-800- other receipts-99 other receipts"). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on23rd JULY 2013] KERALA GAZETTE 1009 which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The last date for the receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the Answer Script is 1-2-2012.

Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 6 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within One month from the date of publication of this List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 25-4-2012 for the post of Electricity Worker (Mazdoor) (SR for ST only) on ` 4990-7435 (Category No. 394/2010) in the Kerala State Electricity Board in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 15-12-2010 with Category No. 394/2010. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 31-12-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 35 (Thirty Five) marks and above have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List.

Application for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Tresuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-Other receipts 99-Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Scripts addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission).

The last date for receipt of application for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the Answer Script is 13-2-2013. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The Ranked List is brought into force w. e. f. 31-12-2012. According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. 6. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം 'ഇൻവാലിഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ' ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

7. സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗ ത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ആറ് മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും 2 ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മിശ്ര വിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-നുശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ത്. ജാതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

2. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുളള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുളളത്. അപേക്ഷ യിൽ ഉന്നയിക്കാത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

3. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശ പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ - അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനന തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതി നാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ നിശ്ചിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

4. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോയും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം.

5. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ വി⁄ാപനം ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠് . [ N o t i f i c a t i o n No. ER I (3)3786/2012/EW, dated 30-3-2012).

Recruitment for Physically Disabled Persons belonging to Partially Blind, Partially Deaf and Orthopaedically Handicapped Upper extremities (minor), Lower extremities] on ` 8730-13540 in the Revenue Department in Kasaragod District notified as Category No. 259/2012 in the Gazette dated 30-4-2012 for filling the backlog vacancies earmarked for the period from 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 and identified by the Government vide G.O. (P) No. 7/2011/ SWD dated 24-1-2011, on the basis of the objective type test (OMR valuation) held on 5-10-2012.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the said test. The original documents to prove Date of Birth, Community, Qualification, Physical Disability etc. in respect of the candidates will be verified and their suitability will also be assessed at the interview conducted by the Commission before the finalization of the Ranked List. The candidates who have secured 72 (seventy two) marks and above in the OMR test are included in the List.

Alphabet 'B' shall be prefixed to all Register Numbers to denote Kasaragod District.

പരീക്ഷയിൽ 80-ം (എൺപതും) അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാനമാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവു വരുത്തി യാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ജാതി-സമുദായ സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടിക ജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും (കേരള ഗസറ്റ് പാർട്ട്-II പൊതു വ്യവസ്ഥകളിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന മാതൃകയിൽ) അതിന്റെ 2 പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ഈ സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള മുഴുവൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ പി.എസ്.സി. ആഫീസിൽ വെച്ച് അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ചു ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്കുള്ള വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കു ന്നതാണ്.
