RE-TENDER NOTICE
No. P1-3447/2013/2972. 17th June 2013.
1. Sealed tenders are invited from intending manufacturers/authorized dealers of Overseas Companies/ authorized dealers for the supply of 1 No. Fully Automatic Programmable Three Knife Trimmer.
SPECIFICATIONS

2. The tender forms, terms and conditions, details of the specifications etc. of above item and other details governing supply will be available in the office of the undersigned during office hours on all working days on payment of non-refundable tender fees of ` 10,710 (inclusive of KVAT 5%) in the form of Demand Draft drawn on Nationalized Bank in favour of Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad, Kochi-30. The tender forms can also be download from our Website www.keralabooks.org on submission of which should be accompanied by the Demand Draft for the tender fees.
3. Tender form duly completed in all respects in sealed envelope with superscription 'Tender for Supply of Fully Automatic Programmable Three Knife Trimmer' addressed to the Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad P. O., Kochi-30 should reach the Office, on or before 5-8-2013 up to 3 p. m. along with an Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.) of ` 68,000 in the form of Demand Draft of Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad, Kochi-30.
4. The pre-qualification technical bid will be opened on 7-8-2013 in presence of tenderers/their authorised representative at 11 a.m. in the Office of the Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad, Kochi-30 and the price bid on a subsequent date after intimation to the qualified tenderers.
5. All the rights to accept or reject whole or part of the tender without assigning any reason thereof is reserved by the undersigned.
