Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of Late N. Prakasan, Advocate, Retna Nivas, Kilimanoor P. O., Thiruvananthapuram (Notary Register No. 101/97/TVPM) from the Register of Notaries with effect from 8-3-2012 since he has expired.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appointed Sri George M. George, Advocate, Karikottu House, J. P. Nagar, Muthoor P. O., Thiruvalla-7 as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 7-1-2012 in the area comprising Thiruvalla Taluk in the Revenue District of Pathanamthitta and the area of Practice further extended to entire Revenue District of Pathanamthitta with effect from 26-6-2013 upto 6-1-2017 with Reg. No. 2/99/PTA.
