The Select List of Junior Superintendents fit for promotion as Senior Superintendents for the year 2010 (for the vacancies in 2011) published vide Police Headquarters Notification No. T4/25839/2011 dated 30-4-2011 stands modified to this extent.

The Ad-hoc Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) held on 9-5-2013 has examined the case of Sri K. Balagangadharan, Junior Superintendent for inclusion of his name in the Select List of Junior Superintendents fit for promotion as Senior Superintendents for the year 2010 (for the vacancies in 2011). The Committee decided to include his name in the Select List as indicated below.

The above decision of the Ad-hoc DPC (Lower) was approved by the Government vide Govt. Letter No. 60449/H2/2013/Home dated 5-7-2013.
In compliance to the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala dated 20-6-2011 in WP(C) No. 16441/2011 filed by Sri E.F. Benny, Assistant Commandant, KAP 1st Battalion, Govt. have issued directions vide G.O (Rt) No. 188/2012/Home dated 21-1-2012, that State Police Chief will take essential steps to revise the Seniority Lists of APSIs of AP Battalions with effect from 1-1-1987 to 31-12-1999 by strictly following the guidelines of the High Level Committee,30th JULY 2013] POLICE DEPARTMENT 72 Select List of APIs for the year 1991 within a period of two months. Govt. have extended the time limit several times and finally for 3 months from 10-3-2013 vide the G. O. (Rt) No. 992/2013/Home dated 11-4-2013.
In compliance to the Court Order and the Government direction, the finalised revised Seniority List of APSIs of AP Battalion with effect from 18-1-1984 to 31-12-1999 was published vide PHQ Order No. A3/Spl. Team/122142/2012 dated 12-2-2013. Based on the Seniority List, the Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) held on 6-6-2013 decided to revise the Select Lists of APSIs fit for promotion as APIs for the years from 1989 to 2010 (for the vacancies from 1990 to 2011).
The above decision of the DPC (Lower) was approved by the Government vide Govt. Letter No. 64558/A1/2013/Home dated 10-7-2013.

നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിച്ചാൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടയാളുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽക്കൂട്ടുന്നതും ടി സാധനങ്ങൾ പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം ഉ≠ായാൽ ആയതിന് ആദ്യം ലേലംകൊ≠യാൾ ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ മുൻ വിൽപ്പനയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ടിയാന് ആയതിന് യാതൊരുവിധ അവകാശവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുകയില്ല.
ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ലേല സ്ഥലത്ത് കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാകേ≠തും ലേലം തുടങ്ങുന്ന തിനുമുമ്പ് ` 2,000 നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ലേലത്തിന് വച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ ലേലത്തിനുമുമ്പുള്ള 5 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 11 മണി മുതൽ 4 മണി വരെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ അനുമതിയോടുകൂടി പരിശോധി ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ
വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ലേലത്തിന് മുൻപുള്ള 10 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണിമുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലാ സായുധ സേനാവിഭാഗം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കമാ≠ന്റിന്റെ മുൻകൂർ അനുവാദത്തോടുകൂടി പരിശോധി ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലത്തിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ടെ≠റുകൾ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറവും മറ്റു വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 400+ 5 % വാറ്റിന് എം. എസ്. പി. കമാ≠ന്റ ിന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 21-8-2013 വരെയുള്ള തീയതികളിൽ 1 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം ` 200+5% വാറ്റിന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത് ലേലം കൊള്ളാത്തവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞയുടൻ തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

ലേല ദിവസം അവധി ദിവസമായി വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ ലേലം തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദിവസം നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.
