ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി-I മുമ്പാകെ ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ക്രിമിനൽ കേസുകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട് വിവിധ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരത്ത് സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവരുന്ന താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന മോട്ടോർ വാഹനങ്ങൾ തീർപ്പ് കൽപ്പിക്കുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി മോട്ടോർ വാഹനങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള അവകാശം ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം ഇനിയൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് ഇല്ലാതെ ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരസ്യലേലം നടത്തി സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽകൂട്ടുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
