കെ. 745 നാട്ടകം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ് എംπോയീസ് സഹകരണ സംഘം കോട്ടയം സഹകരണ സംഘം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ 8-4-2008-ലെ CRB/260/08 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം കോട്ടയം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ കുമാരനല്ലൂർ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ചാർ÷് ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ സംഘത്തിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് നടത്തുവാൻ താൽപര്യം കാണിക്കാത്തതിനാൽ അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർക്ക് സംഘം പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. കോട്ടയം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ന്റെ 6-3-2012-ലെ ജി.2/2222/11-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം സഹകരണ നിയമം 66-ാം വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ഒരു മിനിട്ട്സ് ബുക്ക് ഒഴികെ മറ്റ് യാതൊരു രേഖകളും ഫയലുകളും റിക്കാർഡുകളും ലഭ്യമായില്ലെന്നും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം കുമാരനല്ലൂർ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. സംഘം വർഷങ്ങളായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും സംഘാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് സംഘം പുനരുദ്ധരിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തുവാൻ താൽപര്യമില്ലെന്നും ആയതിനാൽ സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്ന് കുമാരനല്ലൂർ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുകയും ആയത് സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം കോട്ടയം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. സംഘത്തിന്റെ തുടർ പ്രവർത്തനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് അഭിപ്രായം/ആക്ഷേപം അറിയിക്കുന്നതിനായി മുൻ ഭരണ സമിതി അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും സർക്കിൾ സഹകരണ യൂണിയനും ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ ബാങ്കിനും സൂചന (3) പ്രകാരം കത്ത് നൽകിയെങ്കിലും ആരും നി›ിത സമയപരിധിയ്ക്കകം അഭിപ്രായം/ആക്ഷേപം അറിയിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തതുമാണ്. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

കെ. 745-ാം നമ്പർ നാട്ടകം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ് എംπോയീസ് സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. കോട്ടയം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ കുമാരനല്ലൂർ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഉടൻതന്നെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡുകളും ആസ്തികളും കൈവശപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും ഈ ഉത്തരവ് തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസം കഴിയുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ നടപടി ആരംഭിക്കേ≠തും നി›ിത സമയത്തിനകം പൂർത്തീകരിയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
