1. താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീ-സർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആക്ടിലെ (1961ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീസർവെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ റീസർവെ റിക്കാർഡ് അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ ചിറയിൻകീഴ് താലൂക്കിൽ വർക്കല മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയിൽ റീസർവെ പ്രകാരമുള്ള 1 മുതൽ 33 വരെയുള്ള വാർഡുകളിലെ 1 മുതൽ 214 വരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ ബ്ലോക്കുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവരുന്ന വർക്കല വില്ലേജിന്റെ മുനിസിപ്പൽ പ്രദേശം.

every person having any interest in the undermentioned lands.
Under Sub Section (3) of the Section 6 of the above said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:—
(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungle, fences, standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries or other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of Survey;
and
(b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and Chairman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the Rules made thereunder.
If any person fails to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost hereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.

NOTIFICATION
UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT 1961
No. E 427/2012. 3rd August 2013.
1. It is hereby notified under section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961)that the survey of the undermentioned areas is now completed.
2. Unless the survey hereby notified is modified by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.
